Choose between loop bands (great for legs, glutes) and tube bands with handles (ideal for presses and rows). We recommend getting a set that spans light to heavy resistance.

Why it works: One set replaces 10–15 dumbbell pairs and fits under a bed or shelf.
Best for: Single-arm rows, goblet squats, lunges, floor presses.

Look for low-noise motors, foldaway design, and easy wheel transport.

Setup Examples: What It Looks Like in Real Life
- The Closet Corner Setup: Bands anchored on the inside of a wardrobe door, dumbbells tucked under a shelf, mat rolled and stored upright. Enough for full-body work.
- The Foldaway Gym: Foldable treadmill under bed, one kettlebell in closet, yoga mat hooks on the wall. Minimal space. Maximum movement.
- The Budget Base: One heavy loop band, a second-hand adjustable dumbbell set, and a free bodyweight workout plan = $100 total investment.
